The Web Add-in's preview function has been designed primarily with end-users in mind, as natively there’s no way for them to see email signatures added server-side. In combo mode, the Web Add-in can be used both add client-side signatures and preview server-side signatures. If you want the Web Add-in to automatically add signatures to emails in Outlook, or allow your users to manually select their signatures while composing an email, you need to change the signature mode to client-side or combo ( learn more about signature modes).
